Return / Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you need to return or exchange an item for any reason, please review the complete details of our return policy below for instructions and helpful tips.
Spazooie is quite proud of the minimal number of returns and exchanges we've received. We do our best to ensure that our customers receive the exact item they ordered, and that it's as beautiful as it appears in our photos. We do understand however, that sometimes the wrong color, size or item is ordered by mistake and needs to be corrected. We do not offer refunds back to credit cards but we do offer an easy hassle free return for store credit or exchange policy.
By making a purchase on spazooie.com, you acknowledge you have read and agree to the Spazooie returns and exchanges policies. Please read all terms & conditions below before placing your order.
How To Process A Return For Store Credit Or Exchange
- You must first obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) approval within 7 days of the receipt of your package before shipping your item(s) back to us or your package will be refused store credit and we will only return to sender at your cost.
How to process a return request approval (RMA):
1. Log into your account with us, and then go to My Account. If you did not create an account with us when placing your order you will need to first create an account and then send us an email letting us know that you would like approval for a return or exchange.
2. Go to Completed Orders, then click Return Item(s) next to your item(s).
3. Fill out the following items on the return request:
- Quantity to return
- Return reason
- Return action (optional)
- Comments (optional)
4. Click Submit Return Request.
After submitting your request you will receive an automated RMA confirmation email. Then within 24 hours you will receive a response letting you know how to proceed as well as the address where you should ship your return.
All Returns For Store Credit and Exchanges Must Meet These Conditions
- Must first obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) approval within 7 days of the receipt of your package. RMA’s expire 14 days after the date they are created; the return will not be accepted if it is received after that time.
- The product must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair with NO evidence of wear, and free of any smoke or fragrance odors.
- All sales are final on clearance sales, custom orders, fabric swatches and limited supply items, and are not returnable for any reason.
Important Note: For your protection, please send your return via a shipping service that can be tracked, such as Registered USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Please be sure to keep your receipt, as well as the tracking information associated with item(s) returned. We cannot guarantee store credit or replacement items sent via a non- traceable method.
Once received at our facility, your return will be processed right away. Store credits are processed upon confirmation and inspection of the return. You will receive an automated e-mail notification confirming your return has been processed and instructions on how to use your store credit. We do not issue refunds back to credit cards for any reason.
Please note, store credits are processed for the original cost paid for the merchandise and tax. Shipping and handling fees will not be credited.
All exchanges and returns are inspected once received by Spazooie. If they do not meet the above conditions or if you return an item in unacceptable condition we will not process a store credit for you and we will only return to sender at your cost.
Due to the mostly one-use nature of our merchandise for weddings and special occasions, we do not issue refunds back to credit cards for any reason. We offer store credit or exchange only. These policies are strictly enforced and there are no exceptions, for any reason. We take pride in offering high quality items at affordable prices and we work hard to provide each customer with the best service possible. Thank you for respecting our policies.
Helpful Tips To Avoid Returns For Store Credit Or Exchanges
1. If you are not sure of what color to go with it’s a good idea to take advantage of our color swatch samples for only $1.00 with free shipping before placing your order. If you need your items in a hurry and don’t have the time to wait for samples PLEASE contact us first to ask any questions and we will do our best to help you select the correct color.
2. Double check all sizes and measurements of the item(s) you are ordering before placing your order. We provide measurements and instructions for each of our products and directions on how to measure for a perfect fit. If you need help with determining the size(s) PLEASEcontact us before placing an order.
3. If you are having a hard time deciding which of our items will work the best with your style of wedding dress, evening dress, bridesmaids dresses or any other type of outfit you will be accessorizing PLEASE contact us so we can help and answer any questions you have before placing an order.
4. If you have any other questions or concerns, PLEASE contact us before placing an order.
Damaged or Mis-shipped Items
For damaged, or mis-shipped (item shipped was not item ordered) items, the issue must be reported within 7 days of receiving shipment. You can report this by obtaining a RMA and when going through the process there will be a place to leave us a note about the issue. Spazooie will replace any damaged or mis-shipped items and cover any shipping costs.
Changes and Cancellations
We process all orders very quickly. When an order is received, it is immediately passed through to our shipping department, therefore cannot be cancelled, so be sure to review your order thoroughly before submitting.
